What We Come From
Seeds have been part of Indian kitchens for as long as anyone can remember. Alsi ground into atta for the heart. Kaddu ke beej for strength. Chia soaked in water as a cooling drink. These weren't health hacks — they were rituals, passed down with love from one generation to the next.
No one counted macros. No one read labels. It was wisdom embedded in food, in culture, in the way we cared for each other.

What We Became
We're the generation that replaced kitchens with pharmacies. Iron tablets for what pumpkin seeds already have. Omega capsules for what flax has always had. Zinc supplements for what a handful of seeds delivered for centuries. Our bathroom shelves have more pills than our kitchens have spices.

Our Name
बीज means seed in Sanskrit. But it also means origin — the beginning, the source from which everything grows. Give a seed the right soil, and it becomes something extraordinary.
