Seeds and nuts have been part of Indian kitchens for as long as anyone can remember. Pumpkin seeds for strength. Chia soaked in water as a cooling drink. Almonds soaked overnight and eaten at dawn. These weren't health hacks — they were rituals, passed down with love from one generation to the next.
No one counted macros. No one read labels. It was wisdom embedded in food, in culture, in the way we cared for each other.
02 — What We Became
We swapped food for pills
We're the generation that replaced kitchens with pharmacies. Protein powders for what a handful of seeds already gives. Capsules for what real food delivered for centuries. Our shelves hold more supplements than our kitchens hold spices.
Not because the food stopped working. Because we stopped eating it.

बीज
Beej means seed. But it also means origin — the beginning, the source from which everything grows. Give a seed the right soil, and it becomes something extraordinary.
