Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• your name;
• your delivery address and PIN code;
• your mobile number, which we pass to our delivery partner;
• your email address, for order and delivery updates;
• details of what you ordered and the amount paid.

If you write to us through our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you send.

Payment details

We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay on their own systems. All we receive is confirmation that a payment succeeded and a reference number for it.

How we use your information

• To process your order and take payment.
• To pack and deliver what you bought.
• To keep you updated about your order — confirmation, dispatch, tracking, or a delay.
• To reply when you get in touch.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the website.
• To meet legal requirements, such as keeping sales and tax records.

We only send marketing messages if you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to get your order to you, and only what each one needs:

• Razorpay, to process payments and refunds.
• Our delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number.
• Resend, which sends our order and reply emails.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.

They may use your information only to provide that service to us, not for their own purposes. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.

We may share information if the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case it would pass to the new owner under the same terms.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and company law requires. Messages you send us are kept only as long as we need them to sort out your query. Anything we no longer need is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, unless we are required to keep it — for example, the invoice for an order you have already received;
• stop sending you marketing messages.

Email beejnutrition@gmail.com and we will get back to you within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that nobody else can make a request in your name.

Keeping it safe

This website runs over a secure connection, and payments go through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfect, but if a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the relevant authority.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page. Anything that materially affects how we handle your information will be made clear on the site.

For anything to do with your information, or to raise a complaint, contact us below. Our support team will acknowledge it within 48 hours and reach out to you directly, and we aim to have it resolved within 7 days.
