Charges

• Orders of ₹499 and above ship free.
• Orders below ₹499 carry a flat ₹49 delivery charge.
• The charge is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other fees added later.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1–2 days of payment being confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further 3–7 days, depending on your location.

Metro addresses are typically at the faster end of that range and remote pincodes at the slower end. These are estimates from our courier partners, not guarantees — festivals, weather and local disruptions can add time, and we will tell you if we know your order is affected.

Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India. We do not ship internationally at present. If your pincode turns out not to be serviceable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Tracking your order

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as payment succeeds. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we will share the tracking details by email. If you have not heard from us within 1–2 days of ordering, write to beejnutrition@gmail.com and we will check on it.

If something arrives wrong

Please check your parcel on delivery. If a jar is damaged or leaking, the wrong item has arrived, or something is missing, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will put it right. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout — our courier will call before delivery. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was reachable, or delivery was refused, we will refund the value of the goods once the parcel reaches us. The original delivery charge is not refundable in that case, as it has already been incurred.
