Who you are buying from

Orders

Product listings are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer. Your order becomes a contract only when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if the item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not able to change an address once a parcel has been dispatched.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already confirmed. Payment is taken through Razorpay; we do not receive or store your card or banking details.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Raw, unprocessed seeds and nuts vary naturally in size, colour and appearance between harvests, and photographs are indicative rather than exact.

The nutritional and ingredient information printed on the pack is the authoritative version. Nothing we say on this website is medical advice, and our products are food, not medicine — they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a health condition or an allergy, read the pack and speak to a doctor.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Using this website

The BEEJ name, logo, text, photographs and design on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission. You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our liability

We stand behind what we sell. If a product is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you as set out in our refund policy. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption, weather, or civil or regulatory action. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
