Raw Chia Seeds

Raw chia from Madhya Pradesh, with almost no flavour of its own — which is exactly what makes it useful. Two spoons in water thicken into pudding in about fifteen minutes; stirred into curd, milk or a smoothie they disappear completely. Kept in an airtight jar so they stay dry and free-flowing.
