Dried Cranberries

Whole dried cranberries, deep red and chewy, with the sweet-tart bite that makes them work almost anywhere — stirred through morning oats, folded into cakes and cookies, scattered over a salad for colour, or eaten a spoonful at a time straight from the jar. Sealed in an airtight jar so they stay soft instead of going hard at the edges.
